FURNITURE — SHIPPING
Furniture is delivered within Australia only at this stage. Delivery is quoted separately based on location and confirmed with you before payment.
Lead time is 6–8 weeks from confirmed order.
FURNITURE — RETURNS
Furniture is handmade to order and is not eligible for return or exchange. Dimensions, finish and configuration are confirmed with you in writing before production begins. Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.
CLOTHING — SHIPPING & DUTIES
Domestic Australian orders incur a flat shipping and handling fee of $20 AUD.
International shipping rates are:
- New Zealand: $30 AUD
- Asia Pacific: $50 AUD
- UK & Europe: $70 AUD
- USA & Canada: $70 AUD
- Rest of World: $80 AUD
All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Shipping fees do not include customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any applicable duties, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable upon delivery.
CLOTHING — RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
Please email hello@conandesignstudio.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Returns must be approved before being sent back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of faulty items.
